Lightweight lumber tarps are made with 14 oz durable vinyl. Don’t want to bother with heavy duty 18 oz vinyl tarps in the cold and rain? Use these lightweight versions instead. Our lumber tarps are made from superior quality 14 oz vinyl coated polyester that is water proof and UV resistant. The chemistry in the vinyl helps with abrasion, vinyl adhesion and cold cracking. Unlike our competitors, this tarp will not become stiff and rigid in cold temperatures and will take years to fade! There is 8′ tail on this tarp, and two of these together to cover a 53′ trailer with a flap in front and in the back.
